Más allá del fin del tiempo is another piece written using the 2nd Law of the Thermodynamics after the experience of Time Assymetry of Entropy. In this case, the model to define the musical concept of “entropy” has been improved, considering not only variations in different parameters, but also taking into account the instrumental density and the absolute location of a pitch into the register of the instrument.
Más allá del fin del tiempo is written for wind ensemble (flute, clarinet, bass clarinet, contrabassoon, soprano sax, baritone sax and euphonium).
